Delivery Times:
All our wooden toy orders are dispatched within 24 hours or the next working day, providing the items are in stock. The majority of orders are sent first class and should be received within 2 working day's, however our standard delivery service may take up to 5 working days in some cases.

If your order is urgent then we do offer a next working day service which we will guarantee for all orders placed before 11:30am. Please note that our next working day delivery service does not incorporate Saturday and Sunday as we cannot guarantee deliveries on these days. Therefore orders placed before 11:30 am on Friday using the next working day delivery service will be delivered on Monday and not Saturday. Orders placed over the weekend using the next day delivery service will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday. This will not include bank holidays.


Delivery Cost:

We are currently reviewing and updating our onilne website for our toys: So until this is done there will be no  delivery and postage charge.


Delivery Address:
If your order is intended as a gift and you need to send it to a different address or it would be more convenient for your order to be sent to a work address then you can change the delivery address when you checkout your order.



Delivery Security:
Please note to ensure that your order arrives with you safely we are unable to request that our delivery partner leaves your order anywhere else other than with someone at the designated delivery address. In the event that you are not in when the delivery driver calls a card will be posted through your door with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection.  


Overseas Orders:
We welcome orders from overseas and reguarly deliver toys to the America, Canada, Australia and the rest of Europe. If you are wishing to place an order from overseas then please contact us and we would be happy to supply you with a delivery quote. Destinations outside the EU may be subject to import duty. Import duty is not included in our prices and is the responsibility of the customer.


RETURNS:

We work with only the best quality toy suppliers to ensure that the quality of the products we supply is of an exceptional standard. In the unlikely event that your product arrives faulty or you wish to cancel your order we are committed to resolving the issue quickly and efficiently.


Faulty Products
All our orders are checked before dispatch and are packaged well to prevent damage during transit. In the unlikely event that your items are delivered faulty we will arrange for either a replacement or a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this. We will ask you to provide us with a photograph of the damaged goods to enable us to process a claim with our delivery agents. If your items develop a fault after you have purchased them please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review and resolve the situation.


Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order you can do so within 14 days of receiving it. Simply contact us to get a returns authorisation number and return the product to us in a resalable condition with packaging still intact and we will refund the cost of the returned item. PLEASE NOTE we are unable to refund the cost of postage and the cost of sending the item back.
